06/29/2005: "Prozone Fuelsaver Device Moves into Second Stage"

The Prozone Fuelsaver fuel saving device is now moving into a second phase on cleaning the emissions and saving fuel.
The increased technology and design that Prozone Fuelsaver now has, makes it possible for our fuel saving device to work on large earthmoving equipment in Peru and Chile in the mining camps, on ferries and also in oil company shipping in the North Sea. Tests have been carried out by one oil company giving a continues fuel saving of 8.9%
The same thinking is now being attributed towards ships engines up to tanker size, again for reducing emissions and saving fuel. The large units are now the FS5 fuel saving device, with a price tag of several thousands of pounds for each unit. This will be suitable for 150,000hp and give a choice of fuel pipe diameter from 1" to 2.5"
A Danish company has now joined FSO to take care of a new marketing approach of leasing units other than straight selling, this applies to companies with large fleets not wishing to purchase all at once. It is an ongoing situation.
FSO experience has been that it has become necessary to fill the gap between 450hp and 2000hp where the FS5 takes over. A new unit has been designed to compensate for this space and will be shortly on the market as a larger unit than its predecessor.
The Ferry is used for transport of cars and passengers. The Ferry can transport 170-200 cars and 20 lorries, or 40 cars and 400 passenger. The ferry does 14 knots and travels 26 kilometers each way. Emission saving on the ferry have been established, and the engines are continually benefiting by the injectors being kept clean.
